Entry Level Account Coordinator

The Account Coordinator opportunity is an entry level, full-time position supporting the account management team on a variety of client work and internal projects. We are seeking candidates who are interested in learning the ropes of account service in a digital agency from the ground up. Responsibilities
- Assist account team in the day to day client and project management tasks
- Assist with scheduling, client documentation, time-tracking and reporting
- Maintain weekly status reports
- Take meeting notes for both internal and external meetings
- Support the tracking of deadlines, project costs, vendors and other resources
- Prepare and communicate marketing and project status updates
- Effectively manage time and day-to-day priorities to handle multiple tasks and deadlines
- Conduct internet research to support client projects
- Assist in social media management (updates, blogs, tweets)
- Work as part of a team, but also manage components of projects independently
- Answer phones and provide administrative support as needed
Requirements
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Strong writing, editing and proofreading skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects & deadlines simultaneously
- Detail-oriented
- Proactive problem solving
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with colleagues, clients, vendors and partners
- Ability to follow directions, ask for clarification, respond quickly, and deliver high quality work
- Experience on a Mac & PC. Extremely proficient with the Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required (BA or BS)
- Previous internship experience in an agency or corporate setting or up to 1 year of experience in a marketing or project management role

The position is contract-to-hire and will be full-time.
