During our first engagement, we designed the main feature of the site to integrate the MITS real estate feed into a map and a search component. These elements were then linked to separate, community-centric microsites that Aimco managed.
At the time, this was the largest project we had ever worked on, requiring detailed wireframes, intricate design and extensive development efforts. We focused the majority of our attention on making components like the map, editable by Aimco through a drag-and-drop interface.
The website still uses our search capability and has since been augmented with other components such as the career path piece, a standalone website for the Penthouse at Palazzo and a narrative piece that describes Aimco’s culture and values. We continue to work with Aimco on various tactical marketing.
