Ann’s passion is to lead clients through the process of articulating their vision and then guide teams in working collaboratively to create successful outcomes. She believes open communication, curiosity and deep listening are the keys to developing relationships and trust with clients and team members.
She believes gaining as much definition and shared understanding with clients regarding the finished product, as early as possible, makes everyone happier and more successful.

Ann is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and Certified Scrum Master (CSM) with over 20 years of project management experience. The last 14 years have been mainly spent managing Drupal development projects with extensive experience in higher ed, government, B2C and accessibility projects for digital agency clients.
Most of her off hours are spent running her 16 year old daughter to rowing practice and regattas, entertaining her 85lb English Golden Retriever and seeing as much live music in Austin, TX as possible.
