Mindy has worked across industries creating solutions for tech, finance, retail, education, and government, as well as designed toys and consumer goods for lifestyle brands. This unique perspective provides insight into the challenges and opportunities faced by top global brands while bringing delight to the process for more successful outcomes.

Her education in fine arts with specialization in photography and printmaking complements a strategic focus that combines technical data with creativity and collaboration. Mindy has been honored throughout her career with awards for her work in visual design, UX, and marketing. Her creative aesthetic consistently drives work to the next level.

It’s with this drive for innovation that Mindy leads the user experience (UX) team at Elevated Third. Inspiring the talents and interests of team members with an emphasis on continual learning and research proves to be the keystone for creating a highly functional team that stays in front of trends to create solutions that produce positive results.

When not working, Mindy spends time with her family at their home in Dallas, Texas, and enjoys yoga, painting, and travel.
