Elevated Third started by condensing published content and changing the structure of the sitemap based on specifications uncovered during the Discovery Phase. Replacing the wordy content with photos and consolidating written information gave users a cleaner and more sophisticated experience. Users were now able to find the desired information quickly while being shown vivid imagery of the location.

To meet the short deadline, we designed and developed four customizable page templates that would be used throughout the site. This allowed for streamlined design and development from both Elevated Third and client perspectives. Talis Park was then able to enter desired content and participate in the launch and maintenance of their website. The templates offered different and enticing visual appeal through the use of existing photography of the Talis Park real estate grounds while highlighting and compressing the content.

In order to track the ROI of the redesign, we collaborated with Talis Park to create Pardot email templates for existing and potential resident/client communication. Through Pardot’s dashboard, Talis Park is now able to see analytics of email blasts, including open rates and click through rates. Additionally, Google Analytics, allows Elevated Third and Talis Park to track traffic, search, and more.
